Catering

We prefer at least 14 days' notice on orders and there is a nominal driving fee outside of Medina County.

We offer 3 different catering options:       

1. Bulk Order Catering (Menu Below) - We drop off half pans and/or full pans of food. 

2. Traditional Catering - We serve from the food truck and have a set menu of pulled pork, pulled chicken, macaroni and cheese, and creamy coleslaw. Everyone gets one sandwich and can have one or both sides. This is a flat $10 a person.  Drinks would be an additional $1 per person. (minimum 50 people and maximum of 125 people)

3. Food Truck Experience Catering -  We serve from the food truck and have our regular truck menu. Everyone gets to choose any one of our seven sandwiches, including specialty sandwiches, and one side. This is a flat $12 per person. Drinks would be an additional $1 per person.  (minimum 50 people and maximum 125 people)
